i built the kernel with clang and musl and built busybox with clang and musl statically and built quickjs with clang and musl and didn't build fasm (i couldn't find the source, just took the binaries) and i built limine with clang and musl and i glued it all together into a single iso file

yes, there is a package manager. it's called mpm. it has like, one package, and that is a hello world test package.
